In response to the potential COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented our business continuity plan – which examines all areas of business operations – and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our sales partners and customers. We have successfully implemented a work-from-home environment so employees can perform their job functions remotely.
These precautionary measures have been implemented to minimize the potential spread of the virus, to protect our employees in this challenging time, and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you and your clients. At this time, administrative workflow levels are normal for processing new business and service requests. Telephone support teams are fully staffed and available for your calls. Rest assured, we are prepared to serve you.
To support your sales efforts, we’re excited to implement new procedures that allow you to submit new business without face-to-face meetings with clients.
