New! Remote Application Disclosure Form Allows You to
Submit Applications Without Face-to-Face Meetings
If in-person meetings aren’t an option, selling EquiTrust annuity and life products by phone or by video messaging is enabled with the Remote Application Disclosure form.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Read the Remote Application Policy, included in the Business Guidelines on the Agent Website – click here
2. Complete the sale with your clients, by phone or video messaging. For new clients video messaging is required.
3. Complete the product application – either paper or E-App
4. The Remote Application Disclosure form is included with app packets and E-App – to view
5. Send completed documents to clients for signatures – by personal delivery, mail, fax or E-App
6. Instruct your clients to sign all documents and return to you – by personal delivery, mail, fax
or E-App (Faxes must include copy of government-issued ID)
7. Submit the application/E-App to EquiTrust
